Not at all! M&H is RP-friendly, not RP-required. There’s always room for stories here, and you’re welcome to be IC whenever the moment feels right. We tend to have a natural mix of IC and OOC interaction, so it’s mostly about reading the room, respecting each other’s space, and having fun.

To join the FC, yes you do need to be in Balmung. We know, Balmung is always locked... TwT

Balmung is locked? You’re still welcome to visit us through Data Center travel and hang out! Our home is located in Lavender Beds, Ward 1, Plot 36.

Nope! While we do have an active Discord for FC members and friends, you’re completely welcome to keep things in-game if that’s what you prefer.

Discord (and now this site!) is there as an extension of the community for chatting, sharing gposes, keeping up with events, finding people to play with, and staying connected with everyone when you're offline.

Life happens...we get it! You don’t need to log in every day to be part of M&H. That said, we do prefer keeping a smaller, active community rather than bloating our numbers with inactive accounts, so I like to run activity checks every few months.

If you’ve been offline for more than 60 days, you may be removed unless you’ve let me know you’ll be away. You don't have to go into detail, a simple "I can't log in for now!" will work!

When activity checks happen, they aren't a surprise. I will usually give a 24-48 hour purge warning in discord before removal.

Unless the event page says otherwise, nope! Most M&H events are open for you to simply show up and have fun.

Activities are usually optional, and we often use dice rolls, games, and other little fun games to keep things lighthearted. If you’d rather just chill, lurk for a bit, and join in when you feel comfortable, that’s completely fine too.

Honestly, a bit of everything! When a new patch drops and content is hot, we're usually busy running it. When the game gets more chill and in a content lull, we tend to chill too. We have casual players, everyday grinders, crafters, pvpers, returning players, and people who enjoy Savage and Ultimate content.

As for M&H content? We gpose, RP, host events, play games, hang out at the house, and make friends. Content is part of the FC, but the community is really the heart of it!

Applications are usually accepted while your character is online because I like to actually say hi and answer any questions first instead of blindly accepting applications! If yours is still pending, don’t worry! You can reach out to me on Discord at .peachie and I’ll help get you sorted.

Absolutely. M&H has been around for 10 years, and in that time we’ve met all kinds of people. Some are outgoing, quiet, awkward, shy, and everything in between.

Joining any new community can be nerve-wracking, even online. A lot of our core members understand that and genuinely try to make new people feel welcome and comfortable.

At first, it might seem like everyone already knows each other or has their own little circles, but give yourself time. Come to an event, hang out in the yard, say hi when you feel up to it, or just quietly exist around us until it feels right. You don’t have to force yourself to become outgoing or play a character to belong here.

Maybe your shyness wears off. Maybe it doesn’t. Either way, you’re welcome here.

Think of it as M&H’s little home on the web! This site is both a place for curious newcomers to learn more about us and a community hub for the people already here.
